The easiest and most convenient way to order. Simply choose your products from the 'PRINTS', 'CHARTS' or 'BOOKS' sections above, add to the Paypal cart and use Paypal's secure payment processing system to secure your order. Shipping and tax will then be added at check out.

With Paypal you can either pay with your credit card or if you have one, use your Paypal account. Both methods are handled by Paypal's secure payment processing system, which protects your personal financial details.

Once you have emailed your order we aim to call you within 24 hours to confirm your order and request payment details.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will do our best to accommodate your return. We ask that you return items to us in their original condition.

Equally, if you are unhappy with the service you have received please contact us and we do our best to rectify the situation.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on this website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We strive to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on www.bobindesigns.com may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability, or in any way affects your individual order. But please be aware that we present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

In the event a Bobin Designs product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information, Bobin Designs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bobin Designs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bobin Designs shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

If there are items on your order that are not immediately available to ship to you, we will back order the out of stock item(s) and ship the rest of your order right away. We will contact you via email to inform you that one or more items have been back ordered and to provide you with an estimated restock date. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact us. We are also happy to assist you in finding alternative options for out of stock items.

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched and is in transit (i.e. you have not yet received it) I will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the items (once received) are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will need to be able to return the goods you ordered to me to be able to exercise this right.




If your order has not arrived with 14 days of its expected delivery date, please email us as soon as possible.

Please contact us to request a return before mailing us the item.

For damaged or faulty items, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

If you are unhappy with your product choices, you may request to return your items within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. The purchase date is the date that payment was received.

We will process your return promptly upon receipt, as long as the item is in good condition and resalable, unless you have notified us in advance that the item is faulty or damaged.

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note: Banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement.

Requests to return an item after 30 days will be declined.

Sale merchandise is not returnable.

Please provide an explanation of the reason(s) you would like to make the return. Unless an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for the cost of return postage (shipping charges are non-refundable).

2. Please fill out the enclosed Returns Slip enclosed with your order and include with the item(s) you are returning. When returning the item(s) we request that you make every reasonable effort to package them in a manner that would prevent them from damage in transit.
